How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost depends on the weigh of your order. We offer free shipping on orders $100 or more.

What shipping carriers do you use?

For the most part we use US Postal Services, and certain locations UPS.

Where do you deliver?

We ship only in the United States.

Tracking & Delivery

When will my order be shipped?

Turnaround times vary by product. Please refer to the product listing for the most up-to-date processing time. You can always send us an email as well.

Can I change my delivery address?

No. We can not make changes once order is placed. Please verify you have correct address before placing an order.

How can I track my order?

All orders come with a tracking number that will be emailed to you once order is packed and ready to ship.

Do you accept refunds or returns?

Every item is made to order and customized just for you, so we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.

What happens my carrier lost my packet?

Once your package is with the shipping carrier, it’s out of our hands. If there are any issues, please file a claim with the carrier directly.
